VESICLE ISOLATION USING DNAiTECH'S S-TECH SYSTEM WITH TRACK-ETCHED MEMBRANES

S-TECH is DNAiTECH’s sample processing technology. We have now added track-etched membranes to S-TECH and these membranes enable high recovery of subcellular particles with low levels of background proteins at very low cost. The S-TECH system enables vesicle recovery, concentration and buffer exchange within a single device. The track-etch membranes enable vesicle isolation with minimal loss of vesicles through entrapment within the membranes matrix or through nonspecific binding to the membranes.
